There are plans to intensively develop the site in St Pancras Way that is known as the Big Ugly Brown Building.

This site has a long waterfront and there are ample opportunities to give something back to the canal apart from a token precinct. But there is a serious risk that the designers will miss the opportunity to use the southern end of this site as a road/water access point.
