Dear All, Re: 2012/5726/P - Starbucks, Lock Keepers Cottage, Camden Town Following discussions with Starbucks the proposed layout of the canal information centre centre/coffee shop has been amended to try and address the Council's concerns. The revisions to the proposal include the relocation of the servery to create a designated space at the front of the property which would be given over to the canal information centre. Wall displays are still proposed on all other walls and there will still be a community seating area. In addition to the existing provisions for training, shelf display space, wall displays, monitoring and signage following discussions it is also proposed that the Operator will also facilitate and support community events in the premises and will feature/host an annual community day. The revised floor plan, management plan and cover letter are attached for your information but are also available online at; http://planningonline.camden.gov.uk/MULTIWAM/showCaseFile.do?appType=Planning&appNumber=2012%2F5726%2FP Please feel free to forward this email to any members of your groups who may wish to comment on the revisions. If you would like to make any additional comments on the revised scheme please can you send comments via email by the 4th January 2013. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, I will be in the office on the 24th and 27th - 28th December over the Christmas period and the 2nd-4th January the following week.
