FINAL SHOW OF IDLE WOMEN OF THE WARTIME WATERWAYS
On Saturday 5th August Kate Saffin and Heather Wastie will perform the final show of their tour to celebrate the volunteer boatwomen of World War Two. The event will take place at the Pirate Castle at 7:30pm. Please follow this link for further details and to buy tickets.

VOLUNTEERING EVENT AT JOHNSON'S LOCK
On Thursday 10th August the Lower Regents Coalition is organising a volunteering day to tidy up the lock and its surrounding vegetation. Details are available here.

EAST END WATERWAYS FESTIVAL
On Monday 28th August (12 to 6pm) there will be a waterways festival at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We are planning to promote the canal and its heritage at a stall at Carpenters Lock. Further details of this event are available here.

ANGEL CANAL FESTIVAL
The annual festival at City Road Lock and Basin will take place on Sunday 3rd September. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering for the ongoing support of this event or if you would like to help to promote the canal at our stall on the day.
