Dear Friends,
OPEN WEEKEND AT ST PANCRAS LOCK
If any of you are able to visit the King's Cross area this weekend then please take advantage of the open days at St Pancras Lock.
https://canalrivertrust.org.uk/enjoy-the-waterways/events/2017-02-04-st-pancras-open-weekend
For many people this will be the first opportunity to see the inside of a drained lock or to climb to the top of the water tower at St Pancras Cruising Club. It could also be your last chance to see uninterrupted sky from this lock before the proposed footbridge is installed across the canal.
GARDENING EVENT AT VINCENT TERRACE
On Saturday 4th February, between 10am and 12 noon, there will be a gardening event at Vincent Terrace near the East portal of Islington Tunnel. Please turn up in suitable clothing if you are interested in helping.
