Here are some events for your diaries.
(1) Monday 20th August to Monday 3rd September. Floating Market at Little Venice
(2) Thursday 23rd August. London Canal Museum. A horse-drawn boat completes its 200 mile journey from Cheshire
(3) Friday 31st August. "Regent's Canal" - a Folk opera. King's Place, York Way.
(4) Sunday 2nd September 2012. Angel Canal Festival. Islington.
(5) Wednesday 5th September 2012. Friends of Regent's Canal Public Meeting.
(6) Saturday 8th to Sunday 9th September 2012. Thames Festival. Central London.
Please note that the Friends of Regent's Canal have booked a stall at the Angel Canal Festival. This will give us an opportunity to promote our activities and to recruit new supporters. If you would like us to display any leaflets at this stall, or if you are able to assist with the preparation or manning of this stall, then please let me know.
