Flotilla protest at Parliament

On Wednesday 7th May, a flotilla of 26 boats cruised upriver from Limehouse to the Palace of Westminster to protest against funding cuts.
The flotilla included a pair of working fuel boats, a historic narrowboat, a Dutch barge and privately owned narrowboats from across the country.
Shortly before 11am, once Parliamentary viewers and FBW representatives were in place on the terrace, the boats sounded their horns to cheers from supporters on Westminster Bridge, making their message audible inside Westminster as well as outside.
