Preparation for Angel Canal Festival 2012

Why do we need a stall at this event?

This could be a great opportunity to promote our work, to raise awareness about canal issues and to recruit new supporters.

What will we want to display or collect?

As a minimum, we will want to advertise our imminent public meeting (Wednesday 5th September) and we will want to supply our website and e-mail addresses. We will also want to collect names and addresses of people who want to hear from us. Additionally, we need to display photographs, newspaper articles, reports and other information, to demonstrate the work that we have undertaken over the past two years.

Last year's stall

Here are some photographs of the Friends of Regent's Canal stall at the Angel Festival on Sunday 4th September 2011.

The next few photographs show the stall frame, where we can hang things from. The table surface is 7 feet wide and 3 feet deep.

Here are some examples of other stalls, posters, etc. These could give us ideas about how we can make use of the space and the structure.
